From a Figma file to a custom WordPress theme for 60 boutique apartments in Zona 15 / faithful to the design, and easy for the sales team to keep current.

01 / The challenge
A premium residential project needs a site that feels as considered as its architecture. The design already existed in Figma, and a page builder or off-the-shelf theme would have flattened it.
It had to launch with the sales campaign, and stay editable by people who don't write code.
02 / The thinking
The typography, spacing and motion in the Figma file were the brand. They needed to survive implementation intact.
Models, amenities and availability evolve through the sales cycle; the layout that presents them should not break when they do.
A tight launch date called for a faster way to build, without handing judgment over to the tool.
03 / The response
A calm, editorial single-page story (film, project, spaces, amenities, architecture, location) that always ends in the same place: request information, book a visit or message on WhatsApp.

04 / The build
AI wrote a lot of first drafts. Judgment wrote the final version.
A bespoke WordPress theme, with no page builder, translated component by component from the Figma file.
Built in Cursor. AI accelerated scaffolding and repetitive component work; every line was reviewed, refined and is owned by the studio.
Structured, editable content for models, amenities and project details, so the sales team can update without touching layout.
Video hero and closing film, animated counters, amenities slider, architecture highlights and a 360° tour.
Every section leads to a next step: request information, book a visit, WhatsApp or download the brochure.
05 / The result
A site that stays true to the Figma file, on a theme the client owns outright, with content the team can keep current without a developer.
